Callie and Marie in The Balloon Blowing Contest

It is a dark night at Inkopolis. The square was empty, all of the stores are closed, and the Squid Sisters were hanging out in the studio. Callie & Marie felt bored, their eyes looking dull and tired. All day they have been announcing the stages for the Turf Wars and also performing for splatfests.

"Jeez Marie," said Callie in a tired voice. "I just want to go to sleep already."

"Me too, Callie." replied Marie. "We've been doing this enthusiastic announcing spree for over a hundred times, and I can't cheer myself up." 

For a few minutes, the Squid Sisters chatted about their experiences singing and also what to work for on their next album. Suddenly, an idea popped up in Marie's head, as if some enthusiasm kicked inside her. 

"Callie, I 've got an idea. Maybe we should blow up balloons and see who wins." exclaimed Marie in a jubilant tone.

"Good idea, Marie!" exclaimed Callie. "Maybe we should have a little fun after show by presenting ourselves a little show." 

Marie finds the balloons backstage. She found at least two balloons, each matching the color of their attire. Then Marie returned to the stage. "Callie, I found them."

"Alright, let's get blowing!" said Callie.

The Squid Sisters began to insert the end of the balloon into their mouths, and then they started to blow into the balloons with the strength of their lungs. With each puff, the balloons they were blowing got bigger and bigger every second. Then, their balloons were big enough, and Marie is starting to get a little worried. She took the end part of the balloon out of her mouth. 

"Callie, stop blowing, I am afraid that it will pop in out faces." said Marie. Callie complied immediately by doing the same as Marie did earlier. Then, they tied each of their balloons up. Then, Marie took out her Squid Phone and took a selfie, with both of them saying "Stay Fresh!" to the camera.
